Instacart wants its grocery delivery workers to get a Covid-19 vaccine, and its willing to pay a $25 stipend for them to do it.

Instacart’s offer, unveiled late last week, is just the latest move gig worker companies like Uber, Lyft, DoorDash and others are taking to try to get their throngs of delivery workers and rideshare drivers inoculated from the deadly virus.

DoorDash sent a letter to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as governors across the country, to urge them to prioritize delivery workers for Covid-19 vaccines.
