Across the state, Minnesotans will have the opportunity to voice their support for workers with disabilities and their caretakers during a virtual iteration of the Capitol Rally for Disability Services Day 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 9.

The event is billed as an annual gathering where workers, caretakers and advocates host a rally with state lawmakers at the Capitol Rotunda in St. Paul to build bridges and come to a common understanding on the issues. This year, in light of the coronavirus pandemic, the event is going to be virtual, which also serves to highlight the intrinsic value of human-to-human interaction and care for these workers, many of whom have been isolated and disconnected over the past 12 months.
