Despite the popularity of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies in Asia, a white paper from Randstad has urged to go further than that to address biases in the workplace.

“The mere existence of diversity, equality, and inclusive programmes is insufficient in making meaningful progress,” the paper read.

“Other existing biases that we continue to see in the workforce include those against age and disability, just to name a few.”
