Survey: People Increasingly Unhappy At Work

A new survey from BambooHR shows their “employee satisfaction score,” calculating happiness in the workforce, hit about 37 this summer. That number has fallen significantly since the height of the pandemic. The CEO of BambooHR, Brad Rencher, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
