The Art of Listening

Whether we are sitting in nature or in a boardroom, I have learned that there are three distinct ways we listen. Most leaders I meet have mastered one, maybe two. But we need all three. I see leaders who are absolute masters of listening at one level and completely blind at the others. It is the movement among the three where leadership actually lives.
