As a small business owner, I know how tough it can be to find skilled, dedicated workers. To help remedy this, I find apprenticeships to be one of the most practical, underused tools for closing that gap.

Apprenticeships have historically offered a hands-on, “earn-while-you-learn” path for people new to the workforce or embarking on a new career. And right now, I see them making a serious comeback with more industries than ever investing in apprenticeships as an alternative to traditional hiring and education models.
